Connect to server irc.ircnet.com on port 6667 (SSL: ssl.ircnet.io on port 6697). You will be distributed to an open server which allows connections from all over the world.

There are also many servers which allow only connections from their own country. For a complete server list, visit www.ircnet.info/servers.
